Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are 3 to 5 days. Please allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for the delivery of your package via standard service.
Exchange, return and refund
For all items except jewelry, if you change your mind and wish to exchange or return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is still in its original packaging. However, the initial delivery charges are non-refundable, and return and reshipping costs, if applicable, are not covered by the store. All jewelry is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item was damaged during delivery. In this case, it is important to inform the store as soon as possible by emailing us a photo or video of your package upon receipt, and we will process an exchange or refund within a maximum of 15 days.
